Evgeny Danilov Took Part in Kommersant-Ural Newspaper’s Round Table
On August 14, 2013 Evgeny Danilov, Director of the Ecodolie Yekaterinburg and Ecodolie Orenburg projects, took part in round table ‘Suburbian Growth: Where is the Market of Suburban Housing Going?’ arranged by Kommersant-Ural newspaper. The discussion engaged Nikolay Yablonsky, Editor-in-Chief of Kommersant-Ural, the newspaper’s journalists and leading experts of the real estate market.
During the event they discussed issues of development of the low-rise housing market in the Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region, the situation with availability of a large number of ‘sites without contract’ offers, which result in prevalence of unorganized, spontaneous construction, and introduction to the market of organized low-rise construction of new housing formats – townhouses, duplexes, etc. – and prospects of such multiformat settlements. The meeting participants also touched upon the need to provide both holiday villages and settlements of permanent residence with appropriate infrastructure.
In his speech Evgeny Danilov presented the Ecodolie Yekaterinburg project to the experts, told about the concept of new settlement and the project’s current construction dynamics, and highlighted the practice of development of special mortgage products for crediting of low-rise suburban real estate during construction together with regional banks.
