Ecodolie Awarded with the House of the 21st Century Diploma

On October 14, 2011, the Manege Central Exhibition Hall hosted the award ceremony of the third open public contest for the best architectural project of low-rise economy-class energy efficient home - House of the Twenty-First Century.

The Ecodolie Group received an award for the Best Energy Efficient Solution for the Kama design based on the passive house concept with zero energy consumption built in Ecodolie Orenburg.

Handing the prestigious award to representatives of the Ecodolie Group, Mr Andrey Shishkin, Deputy General Director of the Russian Housing Development Foundation, said that “Ecodolie presented a qualitatively innovative product in terms of compactness and technologies. The company used an optimized approach to designing economy class housing. One of our fundamental requirements to contestants was high energy efficiency of homes. In this case, the project is highly energy efficient. We will gladly recommend the Kama design to developers for further use. Such homes need to be built in the mass economy class sector”.
