The event was opened by Alexey Viktorovich Grishin, Deputy Chairman of the Samara Region Government - Minister of Construction of the Samara Region, who noted that it was the first time, when such an agreement in the sphere of low-rise construction was signed in the Samara region:

‘This is the first agreement among projects of low-rise construction. To date the site planning approved for Ecodolie settlement includes kindergartens, schools, and I believe that the Government of the Samara Region will certainly support the construction of social infrastructure in this settlement’.

Alexey Viktorovich also noted that this agreement raises the project’s status, improves its reliability and appeal, and expressed the hope for successful construction of the new settlement.

Elena Leonidovna Nikolaeva, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, President of the National Agency of Low-Rise and Cottage Construction, drew the audience’s attention to the importance of the new project of low-rise housing construction for the Samara region:

‘Such projects become the highlight of any region. And in my view, the Ecodolie project, which we launched today, will be one of the hallmarks not only in Samara and Volga federal district, but also in Russia. 2,800 houses are a very good claim to one of the largest projects of low-rise housing construction. A very competent approach to social, engineering and leisure infrastructure. When we talk about comfortable and affordable housing, we mean exactly this kind of projects. It is a real contribution to new housing policy of the Russian Federation’.

The choice of place for construction of the new residential complex - near Belozerki village of Krasnoyarsk district - was not accidental. Vladimir Nikolaevich Moglyachev, Head of Krasnoyarsk Municipal District of the Samara region, noted that the construction of such settlement is a great event for the municipality.

‘I believe that we will see an example of establishment of comfortable living environments. It is the first project of this kind in our district’.

Vladimir Nikolaevich also drew the audience’s attention to obvious advantages of an organized settlement, when the whole project is built in single architectural style and there is no ‘discord’ typical for unplanned construction. The District’s Head emphasized, ‘I believe that in the course of time Ecodolie settlement will be the standard for construction. Here we accumulated experience of low-rise construction from all over the world’.

Konstantin Viktorovich Filippishin, General Director of Ecodolie Management Company, thanked all the participants of the opening ceremony of the Ecodolie Samara project and expressed the hope that the new settlement will be a nice decoration to the Samara region.

Ecodolie Samara settlement is the fifth project of Ecodolie Group of Companies. I am sure that it will be the pride of our company and, of course, the entire Samara region and the whole country, because we accumulated here the best global and own practices. We build energy-efficient, affordable and very comfortable houses, made with the use of up-to-date construction technologies. We have the whole range of projects – big and small, one- and two-storeyed. There is a choice to fit every taste’.

The Agreement signing ceremony ended with solemn cutting of a symbolical ribbon, which marked the official launch of the new Ecodolie Samara project.
