Ecodolie Orenburg settlement is the first project of public-private partnership and integrated territory development under the Russian State Duma’s Your House program for development of low-rise housing construction. The total area of the construction located in one of the largest Southern Urals cities makes 382 ha, the bulk of which is meant for recreation areas and infrastructures. Educational institutions for children, shops, a drugstore, bank office, etc. are under construction in the low-rise residential complex.
As of August 2015 1,300 housing units have already been sold to the population, over 800 units have been commissioned. The first of four planned kindergartens, Solnyshko, operates in the residential complex, children's playgrounds are equipped, public transport time table is arranged, and the settlement’s operator works successfully. The settlement has two supermarkets, a tool shop, tailoring shop, sanitary ware shop, drugstore, fitness room, beauty shop and cafe. A restaurant will be opened shortly in the settlement’s entrance units, and construction of a car wash has begun.
The settlement is connected to all central utility lines, which provides all facilities for comfortable country life to its residents, whose number will exceed 14 thous. In general, the total area of residential construction in Ecodolie Orenburg will make about 300 thous. sq.m, and the number of housing units — about 4,000.
Being guided by global trends in the industry, Ecodolie Group of Companies pays special attention to environmental protection and energy saving in construction of low-rise settlements. It is no coincidence that Ecodolie Orenburg became the first regional project of a fully energy-efficient Class B settlement. Besides, in cooperation with the Fund of Public Utility and the Government of the Orenburg Region Ecodolie Orenburg saw the construction of a 12-apartment house with Class A energy efficiency, exceeding the requirements of Construction Norms and Regulations for thermal protection of buildings by 80%, and also the construction of model houses based with several technologies, including houses based on the Passive House technology with zero energy consumption.
Based on international industry trends, the Ecodolie Group pays special attention to environmental friendliness and energy efficiency of its low-rise developments. Ecodolie Orenburg is the first regional project with Class B energy efficiency. In addition, in collaboration with the Housing and Utilities Fund and the Government of the Orenburg Region, a 12-apartment Class A energy efficiency building was built. This house surpass SNiP requirements for thermal protection by 80%. Sample houses have been built with the use of several technologies including Passiv Haus homes with zero energy consumption.
